翻轉課室和動車教學
在傳統教學法以教師為本,老師會準備教材,然後展示給同學看,講解課題後提出疑問或者給與功課和練習,以了解同學的認知和學習進度。這個情況,就好像一架火車頭拉著30多個車廂,一位老師教導30位同學一樣。同學們擺出一個認真聽講和表現明白的模樣,瞞「師」過海,只要老師不理會他們,就可以安全度過一節課堂。 假如每卡車都有動力,互助前進,情況會是怎樣的呢?我們讓同學在家觀看教學材料,例如短片、文章、腦圖來預習課題,同學都能夠掌握課題的基本知識,老師因應這些課題內容,設計一些網上練習後,同學在家完成程度後,回到課室以後,透過不同的方法,了解同學對課題的認知,可參考難免對知識的掌握仍有參差,然後老師就可以透過小組形式進行互動學習,詳細參考互動學習 (Interactive Teaching Approach)。由於不同學生對課題的了解深淺程度各有異同,我們可以加入誘因,例如同一組別同一分數,讓程度進度快的同學可以在各組分享自己的學習成果,發揮群體學習的效果,加強學生參與以及學生間的互助,老師可以聆聽學生的互動,給與回饋,使到每個同學都能夠分析和理解內容也即是國內所稱的動車教學,每卡車都有動力,互助前進。 翻轉課室 | 實戰篇.特色「慕课」和「翻转课堂」探究>> http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_5927d9cb0101gwqw.html
